Before you book
Stall cost is calculated at ₹6,000 per sq.mtr. Your total is simply the stall area multiplied by the applicable rate.
A standard shell scheme stall includes octonorm partitions, fascia name board, spotlights, one power socket, a table and chairs. Bare space bookings (for larger custom builds) include the floor area only.
Yes. The live floor plan lets you tap any available stall, see its size and price, and lock the exact stall number online — no PDF forms or back-and-forth.
Bookings are allotted on a first-paid, first-served basis. Cancellation and refund terms are shared in the exhibitor agreement issued after payment confirmation.
